Ingredients

Granola - crunchy muesli

100 g Oat flakes
1 g Salt
1 g Cinnamon
50 g Seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
10 g Grated coconut
60 g Maple syrup

  • Total time: 45 min

Granola - crunchy muesli

1. Mix the rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, nuts, seeds and grated coconut.
2. Heat the cocoa butter, add the maple syrup and combine with the dry mixture.
3. Spread out on baking paper on the baking tray and bake. 

Bake at 160°C (fan oven 140°C) for approx. 30 minutes.
4. When the mixture has cooled, add the chopped couvertures and cocoa nibs. 

Tip! 
After baking, other dried fruit such as apricots, sultanas, cranberries etc. can also be added.
