Mousse au chocolat made with the world champion couverture Grand Cru - Maracaibo 65% with fine cocoa beans from Venezuela. For use in your finest desserts, pastries and cakes. Mix 750g/26.5oz Grand Cru Maracaibo Mousse au Chocolat with 600g/21oz boiled milk, water or vegetable milk substitute products until the granules are completely dissolved, pull 1200g/42.3oz of whipped cream or whipped vegetable cream substitute products directly under the warm ganache. Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
