Amaretti - made with the finest Felchlin Valencia almond paste. Refined with Felchlin Grand Cru Couverture.

Amaretti with Felchlin Valencia F
1. Mix all the ingredients together and heat to 45°C in a bain-marie.
2. Stir for 5 minutes in a mixer until smooth.
3. Make drops on baking paper, size approx. 18mm diameter.
4. Dust with icing sugar and leave to dry overnight.
5. Then press into shape with your fingers and bake.
Bake at 210°C (fan oven 190°C), 5-8 minutes
Tip!
Dip in Felchlin Grand Cru Couverture if desired.
