600 g Milk
1200 g Heavy Cream 35%, whipped

Preparation

Basic recipe with Felchlin chocolate mousse powder

1. Bring the milk to a boil and pour over the chocolate mousse powder. Stir until well combined. 
2. Immediately incorporate at once half of the whipped cream. 
3. Melt in the rest of the cream.
4. Let set in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.
