900 g Milk

Preparation

Xocolatl drinking chocolate

1. Bring the milk to the boil.
2. Add the couverture and stir in until it is dissolved. Mix with a hand blender for approx. 30 seconds until a foam forms. Alternatively, froth with a whisk.

Tip for the summer 
Leave to cool in the fridge, froth up and serve cold.
