3 Piece(s) Egg yolk
200 g Sugar
75 g Butter, soft
150 g Flour
50 g Milk
1 g Baking powder
3 Piece(s) Egg whites, whipped until stiff

Chocolate cake

1. Beat the egg yolk, sugar and soft butter until frothy.
2. Add the ground hazelnuts and grated couverture.
3. Sieve in the flour and baking powder and add the milk.
4. Fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin (approx. 25 cm). 

Bake at 200°C (fan oven 180°C) for approx. 60 minutes. 

Tip! 
Also possible with various other Felchlin Rondos or Chocolini.
