With Felchlin vanilla crème powder, you can conjure up various sweet classics with the incomparable vanilla flavour in no time at all. The crème powder is made with real vanilla from Madagascar.

Vanilla sauce, Vanilla pudding, Vanilla cream
1. Mix the Felchlin vanilla cream powder with 300g cold milk.
2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with the sugar.
3. Mix everything together and cook for 1 minute, then leave to cool.
To refine: Mix the cream with approx. 250g whipped full cream.
Use 100 - 150g of cream per person.
Tip!
For a sugar-reduced version, only add 150g sugar to 1000g milk.
