Warm chocolate sauce
A delicious treat that enhances any dessert: warm chocolate sauce. Whether it's for a coup, a pastry or as a dip for fruit - with a sauce made from the best Felchlin chocolate, you can give any dish that little bit extra.
The classic chocolate sauce is made with dark chocolate, but it can also be made with milk chocolate or white chocolate.
Also suitable as a dip with fruit (chocolate fondue).

Preparation
Dark chocolate sauce
1. Mix the water with the sugar and bring to the boil.
2. Pour the hot sugar water over the rondos until all the rondos have melted. Stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Serve the sauce warm.
